Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Notice Required
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee.
  • 24+ hours notice: No charge, full refund of any deposits
  • Less than 24 hours: 50% of scheduled service cost
  • No-show: 100% of scheduled service cost
  • Same-day cancellation: 75% of scheduled service cost
Emergency Exceptions: Medical emergencies, severe weather, or family crises may be considered for fee waiver at stylist's discretion.

Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling is encouraged over cancellation when possible.

  • First reschedule: Free with 24+ hours notice
  • Multiple reschedules: $25 fee per additional reschedule
  • Same-day reschedule: Treated as cancellation
  • Maximum reschedules: 2 per appointment before booking new consultation

Liability & Risk

While every precaution is taken to ensure safe and satisfactory results, hair services carry inherent risks including but not limited to:

  • Allergic reactions to chemical products
  • Unexpected color results due to previous chemical treatments
  • Hair breakage or damage from chemical processes
  • Skin sensitivity or irritation

Clients assume responsibility for disclosing all relevant hair and health history. Hair By Rhiannon is not liable for results when full disclosure is not provided.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Client satisfaction is the goal, but results may vary based on individual hair conditions and maintenance. Adjustments will be made within reason at no additional charge within 7 days of service, provided:

  • No other chemical services have been performed
  • Proper aftercare instructions were followed
  • The concern is related to the original service

Photography & Social Media

Hair By Rhiannon may request permission to photograph work for portfolio and social media use. Clients may decline without affecting service quality. Photos will not include faces unless separate consent is given.

Professional Boundaries

Hair By Rhiannon maintains professional relationships with all clients. Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or disrespectful conduct will result in immediate service termination and future service refusal.

Privacy Policy

Client information is kept confidential and secure. Personal information, service history, and payment details are protected and never shared with third parties except as required by law.
